Cancellation Policy

🌿 Shamanic Healing Client Policy 1.⁠ ⁠Scope of Practice Shamanic healing is a spiritual and energetic practice aimed at restoring balance and wholeness. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological condition. Shamanic healing is complementary, not a substitute for medical care or therapy. 2.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibility You agree to take full responsibility for your healing journey and decisions. It is your responsibility to consult with your healthcare provider if you are experiencing medical or mental health concerns. By booking, you acknowledge that you are mentally and emotionally stable enough to engage in spiritual healing work. 3.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality All sessions are private and confidential. I do not share your information without consent unless required by law. 4.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment Sessions must be booked in advance via [insert method: email, website, etc.]. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods: [list methods]. 5.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24–48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. There will be no refunds for Late cancellations or no-shows. In cases of emergency, please contact me directly — I aim to be flexible and compassionate. 6.⁠ ⁠Session Expectations Come with an open mind and clear intention. Please avoid alcohol or recreational substances 24 hours before and after a session. Allow time for rest and integration afterward — this work can be subtle or deeply transformative. 7.⁠ ⁠Aftercare & Integration Integration guidance may be offered after the session via email or follow-up calls. You are encouraged to journal, rest, and listen to your body following the work. 8.⁠ ⁠Ethics & Integrity I operate with integrity, respect, and care for all clients regardless of background, identity, or beliefs. I reserve the right to refuse service if a client is under the influence, abusive, or otherwise unfit for the work.
